Definitions

Kano Surveys is a product operated by Waypoint Software Pty Ltd (ACN 695 352 295). References in these Terms to "kanosurveys.com", “Kano Surveys”, “we”, “us” or “our” refer to Waypoint Software Pty Ltd as the legal entity providing the Kano Surveys platform and related services.

1. General

1.1 By continuing to use this website (kanosurveys.com), you agree that:

• You use this website at your own risk
• You will not hold the website owners liable for anything, ever
• You will not copy, redistribute, re-sell or re-license any of the content or functionality found on this website
• You have read and agree to the Privacy Policy

2. Pro subscription

2.1. The Pro subscription is our paid product which unlocks various additional features and allowances across your entire account, as described on the Premium page. A subscription is not required in order to use the site — you can use the site within the free tier for as long as you like.

2.2. The Pro subscription is purchased at the account level. This means the subscription applies to the account you are logged into, and all surveys within that account benefit from Pro features for the duration of the active subscription.

2.3. Unless otherwise stated on the Premium page or during checkout, the Pro subscription is a recurring monthly subscription and will automatically renew each month until cancelled.

2.4. We use Stripe as our payment partner. By starting a Pro subscription you agree to Stripe processing your payment and related transaction data required to complete the payment and manage the subscription.

2.5. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until that point. No refunds are provided for unused time within a paid billing period, except where required by law.

2.6. We reserve the right to change the subscription price and/or what is included from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes. Changes apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period.
