1. General

1.1 By continuing to use this website (kanosurveys.com), you agree that:

• You use this website at your own risk
• You will not hold the website owners liable for anything, ever
• You will not copy, redistribute, re-sell or re-license any of the content or functionality found on this website
• You have read and agree to the Privacy Policy

2. Premium subscription

2.1. Premium is our paid product which unlocks various additional features and allowances within the product as described on the Premium page. It is not required in order to make use of the site, you can use the site within the free tier for as long as you like.

2.2. You may purchase a subscription to our Premium level of membership, by visiting the Premium page and paying through our website. Your subscription starts immediately after the first payment and will be automatically rebilled via your payment method at the same price every subscription period until you cancel.

2.3. You can manage your subscription through Stripe, our payment partner. Via Stripe you can see your past invoices, upcoming payment date and amounts; change your billing /payment details and other administration functions. You can get to Stripe through the Settings page in your account once logged-in to our website.

2.4. You may cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe. Upon cancelling no more payments will be taken and your Premium access will expire at the end of your current period (up to 30 days in future). No refunds or credits are available for partial subscription periods.

2.5. Once your last period ends your access will revert back to the free access levels and all the limits will re-apply. No data will be lost from your account, and you'll still be able to access all the data you've collected up to that point.

2.6. We reserve the right to change the price of Premium subscription from time to time. Once signed up, you will pay the same price for the lifetime of that subscription. If you cancel and later re-subscribe, you will do so at the current price listed on the website.

2.7. You agree that in the event we are unable to collect any subscription payment, we reserve the right to suspend your account or any of our services until we receive payment of all fees due.
