Common questions
What are my payment options? What is the contract?
You can pay with a credit/debit card through Stripe. It's a one-off payment per survey, there's no ongoing contract. Full T&Cs.
Can I be billed in my local currency?
Yes absolutely. We accept payment in US Dollars, British Pounds, Euros and Indian Rupees. Use the dropdown box above (underneath the price) to select your preferred currency.
How do I cancel? Can I get a refund? Will I lose my data?
We don't offer refunds once payment is made. For upgraded surveys, you can export your results to CSV through the dashboard, up to the limits of the Tier you've paid for.
Do you provide customer support?
Yes. Paying customers can email us any time and get priority support. We are very happy to help with setup, survey advice, or whatever else you need.
Can I add my team members?
We currently don't have any sort of team or workspace functionality for shared access to surveys. If this is something you need, please let us know.
Who owns the survey response data?
You do, and you can easily export the results of your surveys any time to a CSV spreadsheet through the dashboard. You can also delete the survey if you don't want us to store it anymore.
