Premium is now pay-per-survey (February 2026)

We're making a big change to how Premium works on KanoSurveys: instead of a subscription, you can now upgrade each survey with a one-off payment.

Why we're changing this

Two main reasons:

It fits real customer behaviour better. Most people run surveys in bursts, so paying per survey maps more closely to how the platform is actually used.
It's better value. You can pay for what you need, when you need it, and you're not paying during the months you're not actively running surveys.

What's changing for existing subscribers

If you're currently on a legacy Premium subscription, you don't need to do anything.

We will automatically cancel all existing subscriptions. You will keep access to Premium until the end of your current billing period, and there will be no further automatic renewals after that.

While your subscription is still active, any new surveys you create will be automatically upgraded to the Professional tier.

Upgrade just the surveys that need it
Choose the right tier for your work (Student or Professional)
Stop paying automatically when you're not using the product
